*Admission (Pre-Nursery to Grade 1)
Admission to classes Pre-Nursery to Grade 1 will be granted on the basis of observation cum
Interaction.
*Admission (Grade 2 to Grade 12)
Class 2 onwards, a formal written test will be conducted to check the linguistic proficiency and mathematical ability of the child for assessing the eligibility of the child for the class.

Admission Procedure
Registration

The Registration forms are available on the website as well as at the admin office..

Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be processed. A student’s passport size photo will be required to be pasted on the Registration Form.

Registration does not imply admission.

Requirements for Registration-

One recent photograph of the student.
Criteria
-
Age as on 31st March of the year of admission.
-
Nursery :3 Years as on 31st March.
-
LKG: 4 Years as on 31st March
-
UKG: 5 Years as on 31st March
-
Grade 1: 6 Years as on 31st March
-
Admission depends upon the availability of seats.

The Principal reserves the right of accepting or refusing admission to any pupil in accordance with the guidelines.

The result of the students selected for admission will be displayed on the notice board on the specified dates.
Other Formalities
-
Selected candidates must pay the fees by the dates/deadlines indicated on the list of the declared results displayed on the school notice board. Otherwise, the seats will be given to the next eligible candidate.

The admission form should be accompanied with a photocopy of the Birth Certificate. The original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Local Bodies will have to be produced at the time of admission. In case the child’s name is not there in the Birth Certificate kindly provide an affidavit stating the name of the child.

Three Passport size photos of the child along with one photo of each of the parent will be required at the time of the admission.

For admission to Class I onwards, a Transfer Certificate from the previous school must be submitted along with the admission form.

A copy of the marksheet of last Annual Examination.

After the admission, the student has to report in complete school uniform, along with books and stationery as prescribed by the school.
Fee Structure
Fee Structure
The fee can be deposited in four easy instalments as given below:
-
1st Installment (April-June) – To be paid by 10th of April along with Annual Charges.

2nd Installment (July-September) – To be paid by 10th of July.
-
3rd Installment (October-December) – To be paid by 10th of October.
-
4th Installment (January- March) – To be paid by 10th of January.
-
Admission fee will have to be paid only at the time of admission.

All tuition fees are otherwise payable by the 10th of the relevant month.
-
A late fee of Rs. 20/- per day shall be levied thereafter.
-
If a student fails to pay the school dues within the specified period, his/her name will be struck off the rolls and the child will be re-admitted after seeking the approval of the Principal after making full payment of school dues.

The fee has to be deposited in the authorized bank.
-
Fee booklet will be handed over to the parent at the time of admission.
Refund of Fees
Fees once paid is not refundable for any reason whatsoever.
